Costs

Bank House is fee based, this means that all of its activities are scheduled upon each file and costed accordingly. The following are the present hourly rates.

Partners/Specialist Time	£250 per hour
Financial Planning	£150 per hour
French legal advice and wealth management	£175 per hour
Administration	£60 per hour
Investment Management	Circa 1.5% although variable depending on the selected discretionary fund manager.

In many instances commissions could be generated by the activities undertaken. Clients have the option to ask for commission to be generated and offset against the fees as calculated above.

Where fund based renewal fees are generated on investments they are automatically credited to the file and offset against time spent.

In all cases, estimates of time to be spent and approximate costs will be provided prior to work commencing.
